•Pre- Foreclosure: NOD’s – difficult.
•Buy properties at the courthouse.
•REO’s (MLS) - not always the best deals.
NOTE: We work with direct bank owned properties. Try not to use the term REO because it may imply that property is on the MLS and most of the purchased properties are not listed on the MLS.
