The WaldenPacific professional property manager will handle everything for you including tenant communications, coordination of maintenance and repairs. In addition, our experienced professionals understand your investment and protect your property assets at every turn. It's yet another WaldenPacific difference that makes us the name to trust. - Buyer is responsible for all the day to day actual costs and expenses related to, including but not limited to, repairs, vacant unit turnkey and preventative maintenance. Costs incurred will be deducted from the monthly rental payments.
- Absolutely Effortless Ownership Program and Property Management incentives require a one time setup fee of $200. This is deducted from the first month's EquiLease distribution (after closing). $100 will be automatically deducted from the buyer's monthly lease payment for property management services. Property management is a mandatory service, required in conjunction with the Absolutely Effortless Ownership program.
